I was born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico. My family and I moved to this country when I was only 8 years old. When I was a kid, I had plenty of dreams and aspirations. However, moving to this country forced me to grow up quicker, and set many dreams aside.
To normalize a lifestyle in which staying active and eating a balanced diet becomes a habit, and not a temporary hobby. I strive to transform people physically and mentally to be the best version of themselves and help them break through their mental barriers. I had been extremely active in sports and activities in high school. My weight had historically always fluctuated, and my upbringing had always made it difficult to maintain a healthy self-image.
I continued to pack on the pounds, and even resorted to dying my hair all different colors to distract people from all the weight I had gained. The discipline I developed throughout those first years is something I truly treasure and am thankful for. Discipline is trained, you are not born with it. It is what has led me to the wonderful world of bodybuilding and what has made me the fighter I am today. 10th Fitness is a safe “No quit” zone, and a second home to all visitors. The excuses and fears are left at the door. And if you happen to fall, you GET UP 10!

Once we determine your goals, and set a vision for the future, we will work together to establish a plan for that works for both of us that is not only sustainable, but something that you will grow to love. Meals will be discussed and prepped for the weeks to come.
On your first day, we will take your pictures, weight, and measurements that will establish our starting point and beginning of your new journey. We will do these once a month, and set goals weekly so that accountability is first and forefront.
